They go above and beyond. I have nothing but great things to say about Windgate Custom Pools. Even after Ida when we had huge issues with downed trees in our backyard, they were super responsive in helping us replace pool equipment that had been damaged in the storm.

Don’t know if we will be building a pool with them or not, but very impressed with what we have seen so far. Took us on a pool tour today and his customers all seem very happy with their pools and the service he provides. His prices are around $7,000 more than the next closest bid we got but really seems to know his stuff.

Reliable as they come. Contracted them to install a pool for us back in March. Through the whole project we always knew what to expect and there were no serious delays in construction. Brandt always had a gameplan for what came next and is great at thinking around corners to fix problems. I have already recommended them to several of our friends.
