    Terrible customer service by the lady (who reports to Mike in Service Dept) at Banks. We were assigned to Banks to have a Pentair warranty pump replaced by them. We live exactly 25 min in Johnson County (Shawnee area). She immediately told us we were too far. Later in the conversation, she said, she didn’t have the part stocked, they were short staffed, didn’t have the time nor want the business. She admitted why she wanted to turn us down which really had nothing to do with being too far. She then hung up on me and said Pentair could find someone else to help us. They did and the other company is much farther away and gladly wanted our business. Sounds like this place has some real service issues and Mike should be looking for someone with nicer phone skills and customer service. I have heard negative things in the past about this company and it lived up to its reputation!
